Floating Kitchen
Having transformed from award-winning landscape architect to award-winning chef in just three years, Floating Kitchen followed Simon as he became the first British chef to sail to France and open a floating restaurant in Paris, cooking French food for the French.

'The Floating Kitchen' followed the trials and adventures as Simon bought a derelict wooden fishing boat for just £1, restored it and sailed it accross the channel. Many food adventures were had along the way as he sailed 'Water Lily' through the French canal system and eventually opened it as a floating restaurant under the walls of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.
